Many years ago, in the fertile lands of Murcia, Grandpa Christopher grew lettuces following the principles of the "huertano": observe, wait, and respect the rhythms of nature. 

His grandaughter, Crosseia, grew up listening to those teachings among irrigation channels, garden plots, and freshly harvested crops. 

Today, Crosseia lives far away from there... in a colony of the Terraforming Project, where humanity is trying to make a new planet habitable. In this place, there is no fertile soil, no seasons, and no rain. But there is something that has travelled with her: the agricultural knowledge she inherited.

The Colonial Council has assigned her an urgent mission: to design a safe, nutritious, ready-to-eat plant-based food that can be produced under extreme space conditions.
